Kurt G. Conti | Chief Executive Officer/President
Mr. Conti is part of the fourth generation of Conti family members engaged in The Conti Group. Mr. Conti brings with him more than 25 years of business experience, he provides leadership across all of its corporate entities. He joined The Conti Group immediately upon graduation with an engineering degree from Villanova University. Starting from the ground up, he worked in every functional position at Conti, moved through management and assumed the leadership of the business when he became CEO and president in 1995.

Mr. Conti has transformed The Conti Group from a small local construction company - with annual revenues of $15 million - to a nationally recognized leader in infrastructure development, environmental remediation, renewable energy and homeland security, with more than $350 million in annual revenues.

A 1984 honors graduate from Villanova University, Mr. Conti is also a member of the school's College of Engineering Advisory Board. In 2000, Mr. Conti graduated from the Owners/Managers Program of the Harvard Business School.
Jon (Jack) Murphy | Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Murphy has over 40 years of construction experience. He started his construction career during a tour of duty in Vietnam with the USACE as a general laborer working on highway and bridge projects. Jack earned his BS in Civil Engineering Technology from the NJ Institute of Technology. He is responsible for the management of all field operations including scheduling, personnel, labor relations, and technical construction oversight and is the company's representative to all labor unions. He also brings extensive experience in heavy/civil construction, environmental remediation and homeland security to the federal marketplace.

Following his undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering Technology at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, he graduated from a Key Executive Program at the Harvard Business School. He serves on the Executive Board of the Utility and Transportation Association and the Construction Industry Advancement Program of New Jersey. He is also a former President of the Utility and Transportation Contractors Association (UTCA).
Anthony LaBato | Vice President of Operations
Mr. LaBato is responsible for all field execution, project management, and engineering aspects of the company's projects and serves as the primary liaison with customers and their representatives. With over 20 years of experience in construction, he has managed direct construction activities, design consultants, and subcontractors and has worked closely with a variety of government agencies, including federal, state, and city entities. A graduate of Rutgers University, where he studied Environmental Design and Landscape Architecture, he also completed the General Managers Program at the Harvard Business School.
Luis Seijido, PE | Vice President
Mr. Seijido manages the Concord, MA office and is also responsible for all Program Management and Quality Assurance functions. He is the Program Manager on the USACE Baltimore TERC and USACE New England RAC programs. Before joining Conti in 2001, he had 23 years of experience with Foster Wheeler Environmental (previously Ebasco Environmental).

Mr. Seijido holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College and has completed the Harvard Business School's General Manager Program. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Connecticut, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
Aldo Gonzalez | Director of Health and Safety
Mr. Gonzalez is responsible for the development and implementation of Conti's Corporate Health and Safety policies. He oversees all field activities to ensure conformity with federal and state regulations, corporate policies, and the requirements of site-specific health and safety plans.

Committed to the health and safety of all Conti employees and subcontractor personnel, he brings 20 years of experience in industrial hygiene and health and safety on heavy/civil and hazardous remediation sites to the job. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Safety Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a certificate from the Community College of the Air Force in Bioenvironmental Engineering. A Certified Safety Professional, he has served as a bioenvironmental engineering technician in the U.S. Air Force where he also conducted both industrial hygiene and environmental surveys.
