MILCON is a natural market area for Conti, given our core capability in civil construction and our experience in federal contracting. We can service the MILCON market through its traditional budgeting mechanism, its transformation requirements, and its BRAC (Base Realignment and Closure) initiatives. Our sophisticated cost estimating system enables us to compete effectively in a 'hard bid' environment, but Conti is also an experienced ID/IQ contractor and can meet military contract needs on this basis, as well.
